British actor Freddie Highmore (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Finding Neverland) has been confirmed as the voice of Astro Boy for the CGI movie being made by IMAGI STUDIOS. Distributed by Warner Bros for a 2009 international release, it remains to be seen if freddie uses his natural English accent or the 'American' accent for his recent films like The Spiderwick Chronicles. Astro does look great though!
