From Bandai division MEGAHOUSE's range of mobile-phone charms and keyring figures called CHARA FORTUNE. Taking a more graphic sensibility to the cute aesthetic, this range began with GUNDAM MOBILE FORTUNE back in 2000. Each mini-figure comes with a printed fortune and wrapped in a foil tetra-pack like a fortune cookie. Here are the new releases, beginning with NARUTO.

Taken from the new GUNDAM SEED FRAME ASTRAYS manga series, this is the "HOSPITAL ZAKU WARRIOR". A weapon of mass destruction with it's very own intensive care unit fixed to it's back. Would make a great kit release to an already great line up.

Back to the Dark Ages!

The arch enemy from the "Super Movie Keroro Gunsou 3: Keroro vs Keroro" animated feature just released in Japan. DARK KERORO has afetching cape and comes with his own Kero ball for a duel to the death with Sgt.Frog!


Take a journey through time with Sgt.Frog as a little Samurai Warrior or as known in Japan, MUSHA-KERORO! The armor can be displayed separately on the display stand like a museum piece. A half face mask is included with a mustache that can tickle the enemy into submission. Musha Keroro comes with two Gundam-style beam sabers as weapons and a figure display base, for dynamic poses.


PRIVATE TAMAMA as a little Samurai Era Foot-Soldier. Tamama comes with a fork weapon that can be switched to either a hammer or a Samurai troop flag (a cheeky nod to the Seven Samurai).

Gundam 00

Taking contemporary geo-politics to a new level with a Middle-Eastern pilot (apparently of Kurdish origin as the main character) and the central conflict being over global energy supply. This new Gundam series "GUNDAM 00" will be joined by the usual plethora of toys and model-kits. A new 1/60 scale (as pictured below, standing 12" tall once completed) of the series' signature Mobile Suit, GUNDAM EXIA, will be released before the end of the year.

Being released first are these teasers (as pictured below) called FIRST GRADE, 1/144 scale but lacking the detail, articulation and weapon features of a HIGH GRADE kit. Made for beginners to kit making, they still look sharp though.
